When accessing your account from our WebApp(new tab), you can find the chat in the bottom right corner.
Or from your paired smartphone, go to 👤 My Account then Support. Then scroll down and tap Support chat under Get in touch.
You’ll then see your place in the queue. Keep your Mastercard close by, it’s optional but you’ll get faster service.
Our chat is available everyday from 07:00-23:00 including Sundays and bank holidays.
