If you have incurred income reduction, loss of employment, suffered from illness or had other adverse effects as a result of COVID-19, we can help.
First, know that home foreclosure and evictions of borrowers are suspended for 60 days. Secondly, homeowners who have been impacted during this time may be eligible for a mortgage forbearance plan to reduce or suspend their mortgage payments for up to 12 months. For those borrowers in a mortgage forbearance plan, you will not receive late fees or be reported to credit bureaus for missing payments. After forbearance, we will work with you on a permanent plan to normalize and carry out the remaining terms of your mortgage payments.
